I'm not worried. With his inability to get a diploma and his terrible grammar, I doubt he will score high enough on the ASVAB.

I was considering getting mine out before I ship to prevent any problems during my training pipeline. Would this require a waiver or cause any problems? I mentioned it to my recruiter and he told me to get it done afterwards.

I was given the rank of E-3 in my contract because of college credits, is this frowned upon as a cheap way to get rank?

Oops19: Click on profile and then find the button that says "show gallery". Use the menu and select "Newts" and pick an avatar from there. Also read the announcements in the forums. They will lay out some of the rules and you will get smoked for not following them. Search the forums then post.

I wish I knew Ranger Plavney was a recruiter in Texas before I talked to mine. There are a bunch of fat deps at my recruiting office so the PT is a breeze.
