Good deal...I expected they would demand recruits with exemplary backgrounds for candidacy to Ranger and/or SF training.

It's just a bad thought to consider that everything I would have worked for could be taken away from me during basic because of something stupid I did years ago...with reassignment to some non-security clearance MOS to soon follow!

Thank you Ranger Puck & Towedjmpr.

Full disclosure is of the utmost importance, and I most certainly will try to make sure everything is on paper.

Excluding this incident, I'm not concerned about a thing (clean record and past)...I just got a bad attack of the youthful stupids, and I'm sure having ...

This has been on my mind and bothering me for awhile, so short and sweet:

It's not that I respond to kiss the ass of Rangers. Truth be told, I just cannot understand what's going on with these guys in regards to the questions they ask.

I do agree with you though, and I'll refrain from responding to future posts such as this one...they can sink or swim free from my input ...

All the information you desire is easily accessible.

From myself:

I must say that I've truly been surprised during these initial stages at the lack of initiative and overall unpreparedness that many who are pursuing such lofty goals seem to possess...it just befuddles me.

On that same note, I'd ...

Yes sir, Ranger RiserBurn! Thank you for taking the time to post a reply and I appreciate the advice.

From reading SITREP's on here, and judging by my recruiters verbal amazement at my pre-initial meeting research, I must say that I've truly been surprised during these initial stages at the lack of ...
