I ship out for Basic/AIT on June 26th to Fort Jackson with a 63B contract.

I will file for my citizenship now.

I had my medical documents sent up to the recruitment office and my paper work filed. Then their computers went down so I had to wait about 3 weeks to re-file my paper work and await the MEPPS decision for a medical waiver.

Put simply it means you pursue your degree, take rotc, attend drill, and upon graduation receive a commission in one of the 16 branches.
I'm afraid I've already looked at the ROTC course. Because I am not a citizen, I am a green card holder, I cannot attend ROTC; Security
clearance issues again.
