Re: Introduction
Ok, so I finally ran today. I am pathetic. Could only do a 1/4 mile at a time. My cardio sucks! First 1/4 was 1:35, second was 1:55, third was 1:56, and I walked one 1/4. I need to get out and do that much more. Any suggestions on ways to build my cardio? I am on my feet almost all day long, but not ...

Re: Introduction
Just an update to my journey. I have been following the 100 pushup and the 200 situp programs and I am in the 4th week. I have also lost at least 8 pounds. I am eating healthier meals and not drinking any sodas anymore. I need to stat running, although I did do a 2.5 mile hike last weekend with an ...

Sorry Ranger RRDTm3, I was refering to the present state of the banks and housing market. They act as if they knew nothing about the situation untill it was too late. Talk about misleading.

Re: Pelosi Accuses CIA of Misleading Congress on Waterboarding
Agreed Ranger K.Ingraham. Maybe she and the other morons that let our country get into the mess it is in should be interrogated to see how much they knew about it beforehand. And as for the lack of "weapons of mass destruction"? Give me a break, what do they think they were using on their own people ...

Re: Introduction
I am taking the ASVAB this week. I talked to a recruiter, and took the practice test and did well on it. I do have an issue that may or may not resolve itself. My wife is not very happy with my decision and does not understand why, at my age, I would opt to join the Army.

Ranger JLTW!!! thanks for your response. I would rather be an infantryman. I am still reading as much as I can on this forum and still trying to figure everything out. I am still in a planning stage for the military. My biggest concern about all of this is that my worthless ex-wife has custody of my ...

Re: Introduction
Thank you Ranger Bravo57 for the welcome. I had wanted to join 20 years ago, but I did not have my life together at that time. Then throw in getting married, having a child and then divorce. It took me some time to get my priorities in order. I want to be able to serve my country, and I feel if you ...
