Training:
Work up to 1RM Bench- 185x2, 225x2, 275x2, 315x1, 365x1, tried for 405 but spotter had to touch the bar.
Dude if that's all you got, then I don't think your gonna make it in Battalion. My whole squad could put up at least 406. :wink:

This is an awesome book written by a PJ. Nathanael Morrison. Can't remember how I found his site, I thought it was connected to military athelete, but I guess not.....

Seriously though, running, push ups, and sit ups my friend! Use that as a base, then do the tire flipping and hammering....
