Post by Fumbles »

I want to start preparing for having to ruck, so I was wondering if walking/jogging on a treadmill at an incline would be a good idea, and if so how much wight should i start with?

Will do. I wanted to avoid running around my "hood" with a pack on (military base is near by so I didn't want to look like a poser and all), but you're right. Just do it. Thank you for the advice sir.

Rucking is a mental mind fuck.

Your brain will decide how well you are able to do it unless you happen to have some sort of unforseen in injury.

I would always focus on a point in the distance and walk to there. Once I got there, I would pick another spot in the distance and focus on getting to there. etc........

It can be easy or it can be hard.
