Ranger School Class 05-08
Ranger School Class 05-08
Well I graduated today from class 05-08. After an extended stay in Darby I finally finished! It was a beautiful day out at Victory Pond and my Dad came down from California for the ceremony. After the Ceremony we went to 4 Winds and I ate a Ranger burger with fries and sweet tea in about 5 minutes.
Mountains was the worst and Florida was my favorite. They've added Kiowa, Spectre, and Chinook support to Florida, so it's pretty awesome to use those assets on your patrols (we didn't get to use AC-130s but some did).
I'm still pretty sleepy and hungry, but I'm really happy to have finally earned my tab.
Pictures to follow in the next few days.
Any questions from the guys about to go?

Thanks for the congratulations everyone.
Sometimes they gave us one look, sometimes they gave us 4 (like the dude in Florida who got his 4th patrol, of Florida, and his go the last day).Tater Nuts wrote:how do 241 get enough leadership positions and patrols to be evaluated ?
