Oh, for Fuck's sake.
"Former Rangers" are bitter ? Don't know the species, we would all still consider ourselves Rangers...not past, present or future..just Rangers.
"Screw You" attitude ? That's just loving horseplay in a non-gay sort of way.
"Camp Legueme ?" What the fuck is that ? A french vegetable ? It is spelled "Lieutenant General John A. Lejeune", often referred to as "the greatest of all Leathernecks," during his more than forty years service with the Marine Corps, served on the high seas aboard battleships of the Navy, participated in many a campaign, led the famed Second Division (Army) in World War I, and was Major General Commandant of the Marine Corps from June, 1920 to March, 1929.
I'm sure our Marine brethren on this forum are breathing fire at this point.
Yes, I'm a Ranger and a Marine's son and all my uncles were Marines as well....fucking legs !!
Let's break it down. This is my first time on this board, but I don't understand why so many of you former Rangers are bitter. You seem to have a "screw you" attitude toward both other Rangers and those interested in becoming one. I was down at Camp Legueme this weekend and even the Recon Marines I talked to down there were friendly. These are guys who are usually more than happy to mess with non-Marines.

I'm not the way I am because I was a Ranger - I was a Ranger because of the way I am.
