Gentlemen,

The sun has once again shined down upon the ass of the dog.

I won the 37th Brigade Combat Team NCO of the Year board. Next is state level in January.

One of my troops won every board he ever went to with the exception of Ft. Benning Soldier of the Year, he came in second on that one. O'well cant win 'em all!
