NCO of the Year

Post by JarHedSolja »

Despite still being on terminal leave from deployment, I decided to attend my unit's drill this weekend. Upon doing so I was chosen to represent 1st platoon in the Company board. I won the board on Saturday and yesterday I attended the battalion NCO of the Year board. I won that board as well and will be attending the 37th BCT NCO of the Year board next month.

Congratulations on winning. That is awesome!

If you need any help, I can give you some good pointers. I sponsored one of my troops who went on to win the DA Soldier of the Year board this year in DC. I saw all that you are going to have to do and can help ya focus your studying and stuff.

Not yet, Ranger AbnRgr289. I just got back from deployment. Hopefully winning some of these boards will be able to get my boot in the door for a BAC slot. :)
