Re: Iraqi Soldier Attacks US Troops
Tuz is a shithole (big shock there) and FOB McHenry (if it's still there) is about the size of a psotage stamp. This sucks though.

Well Scott, no one really cares if you’re appalled. You found this site of your own accord and you can leave it just the same. You’re attitude has also pretty much guaranteed that any help you hoped to get will not happen. As for gillieman, he’s has so little self control that he gets blunted right ...

Re: IF you thought basic was going to get you ready...
I'm still trying to get my head around the concept of any menu at all during basic. My post above though was talking about the general lard-ification of modern civilization. I got that part, I just wanted to know what the point is in enticing recruits to eat healthy in basic. Same as some of the ve...

gillieman,
When the topics on this website include how to pass a drug test, then feel free to wade in there, Cheech. Until then, stop dispensing advice. To anyone. On anything. No one cares. Shut the fuck up.

I, unfortunately, was just in Tllicum this afternoon. I can believe it's real because I've seen signs like that in other places in Tillicum. Pretty funny.

Good because you're acting like an ass. BTW for a guy with so many degrees you're not too smart. Check your PM's.

Re: Anyone tried this crossfit workout?
That is absolutely retarded. Your form would go within the first 90 minutes and any strength/endurance benefit would be reduced to metabolic clusterfuck. Another reason why I'm starting to lose faith in Crossfit. It's unfocused and good for people who have no athletic ability other than working out....

That's more then one push up a second. Not that it can't be done or hasn't been done. Usually though, the push ups are total trash and look like a worm.

Re: Vibram Five Fingers
Many people considered Crossfit and functional fitness a fad. Many people consider the Vibrams a fad. I think for general, everyday use they will fall out of favor for most people. For those who take their fitness seriously, these will be a staple for many years. I've never used them but most people...

Re: Vibram Five Fingers
I can see the point of the shoes and everyone I know who has raves about them. Personally, I try to go barefoot as much as possible even in Fort Lewis. That being said, in the court of peer opinion, you'll become "that guy". Try converse all-stars if you're really into the barefoot thing. ...
