Its kind of odd that you brought this up, Ranger Silverback, as my battalion just got taken off stand-by status to head to New Orleans in case the situation got out of hand. Apparently, we were third in line behind two other straight-leg BNs that were set to go. I thought we would've made a good ass...

I've seen a couple DEP'pers claim to be pushing after instructed to do so, but how do we know they're really doing it? Maybe video proof should be demanded of them

I thought this was quite funny: They say I'm taking the "easy" way out. Laugh at them, because whoever told you this is full of 7 different kinds of shit. The military (Alll branches) will most likely be the hardest thing you'll ever do. Years of your life given to hard work, low pay, poor ...

I can only imagine what kind of witty and varied response Ranger Kilted Heathen will come up with.

I have a hunch it'll be something along the lines of SHUT THE FUCK UP

Color and size may vary, however.

I'll start my pushups now.

Welcome Airman. When I first read your post, I kinda laughed when you talked about how you wanted to grunt stuff in the Air Force. Thats not exactly something you see the average airman doing. However, upon further research regarding TACP, I have come to understand you guys are some tough bastards (...

Well Ranger RangerWill175, if you really want to have some fun with old Mil-Surp weapons, stop on over at any Big-5 and pick up an old Mosin Nagant for around 75$. Every Big-5 I've been to has been running this promotion, though it may not be in your area. This gun is a lot of fun to shoot (Even if ...

Firstly, developing a good breathing rhythm can help a lot. For instance at the start of my run, I do 1 sharp inhale every step for 2 steps, then a continuous exhale for 2 steps. When Im further in, I'll do 1 sharp exhale for 1 step every 3 steps, then exhale for 3 steps. Using this method, my legs ...

Negative on that. 3rd Light Armored Reconnaisance BN. Were right across the street though. Its kinda funny, I tell someone my unit and they'll say, "Whoa, you're in Recon?" I'll flat out say "No". But if someone says, "Whoa, you're in a Recon BN?" I'll kinda look around...
