I have seen GHB patients go from GCS 3 to GCS 15 in a matter of seconds, they go apneic then vomit, then wake up. They are horrible patients to manage in the prehospital environment.

Unfortunately it will unlikely that you will be able to obtain a Opt 40. "P" of a P2 means "Permanent" profile. But do not give up. Go for what you want.
