Popping ears?

Post by Rett »

I used my best friend, [search] to try and find an answer to my question, but nothing produced.

I was wondering, in order to go airborne, I hear you have to pop your ears. But the thing is, I can't pop my ears manually by holding my nose and blowing, but when I get on planes they seem to pop just fine.

Now to the question: Should this fuck my chances up for qualifying for airborne or no? Any answers would be greatly apprecated.

Ice pick is MUCH better. Just keep the ice pick in your ammo pouch and jam it in your ear when the problem occurs.

Yep. If you can't perform the function, you can't jump.

Ranger RangerGuru,

I have not given up, I took it to heart the first time I read it here on this forum, and that was "Never, never quit"

I was more bumbed that anything because that meant I wouldn't have gotten a shot at becoming a Ranger.

Ask the stewardess for some Chiclets...or if you have a SEAL in your class, ask him for some Trident.
