Introduction

Post by Slims »

Hello All,

My name is Greg, I am a 23 year old college grad (Applied Math) who just took the plunge and enlisted w/ option 40. I am leaving for basic on Feb. 3, 2005.

I mostly plan on lurking while I read everything I possibly can about the path ahead of me, but I will probably post when I find a thread (I am sure one exists) to get in touch with those who will be going to OSUT together.

Good luck to everyone,
Greg

Good journey, Greg...

I'm not the way I am because I was a Ranger - I was a Ranger because of the way I am.

Welcome to the site. Nice hustle with the RIP contract. Don't worry about anything except not quitting. That is the magic secret, do not quit. Twenty seven dudes in my platoon had RIP contracts and three of us made it to battalion. The only thing we had in common was none of us quit.
