Hello from a chairborne Army veteran....

Post by daveinflorida »

I just wanted to drop in and say hello and thanks to all of the Army Rangers past and present.

When I was in the Army, I held such a high regard for the Ranger corps, and I still do. I was a 74F....a computer programmer/analyst. I originally joined the Army to serve as a temporary springboard until I got my ducks in a row. It turned out that I stayed in an additional 4 years....fueled mostly by my desire to soldier...even if my soldiering did consist of maintaining and building computer applications for the Army.

The Army Ranger represents the finest among us. I truly believe that. No one can understand your sacrifice and preparedness...not even an Army veteran such as myself.

Thanks,
Dave

Welcome, Dave....doesnt matter what a man does in the service, just that he did it with honor, integrity, and commitment.
RS Class # 7-76

I'm not the way I am because I was a Ranger - I was a Ranger because of the way I am.
