Introduction - Larry

Post by ThatGuy47586 »

Hi, I'm Larry. I guess I'll start by saying I'm just an ordinary guy from Southern Indiana. I'm currently here to learn what I can about the Regiment and what it's all about (beyond the obvious). I don't necessarily intend to become a Ranger one day, but I don't intend not to either. I do intend to enlist though, and I want to make as informed a decision as I possibly can. Current hobbies are reading, researching, hunting, fishing, shooting, Gracie Jiu Jitsu and the Gracie Diet. I also LOVE debating politics and government and am a firm believer in the theory that the Constitution should apply exactly as written. Feel free to approach for discussion or debate.

I appreciate the welcome, Ranger Jim and Bronco. I don't think I'll ever have the opportunity to be a Ranger since I'm enlisting National Guard and I'll be 31 tomorrow. I'm really here to learn, since I've always had an interest in Army SOF, it's history and what it's about.
