17 year old DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE AN INTRO
Hey, Im really interested in becoming a ranger in a year....or in 5 years when i complete college. But I figure I shall prepare now. My max pushups is near the 50's 60's range last time i tested back in April. I worke dout all summer and im getting stronger. I never tried max situps. I was wondering if anyoen can give me a good workout to improve my physcial fitness ability so I can gartuntee I will score high on the apft. RANGERS is my goal. I dont have time to run so dont bother with the running...Im a football player i pratcice everyday.
