17 year old DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE AN INTRO

Hey, Im really interested in becoming a ranger in a year....or in 5 years when i complete college. But I figure I shall prepare now. My max pushups is near the 50's 60's range last time i tested back in April. I worke dout all summer and im getting stronger. I never tried max situps. I was wondering if anyoen can give me a good workout to improve my physcial fitness ability so I can gartuntee I will score high on the apft. RANGERS is my goal. I dont have time to run so dont bother with the running...Im a football player i pratcice everyday.

First thing you must do is make an Intro http://www.armyranger.com/bb/viewforum.php?f=35

Then you need to go to your user profile and get yourself an avatar from the Newts section.

Also read through the links Planned Panic has given you and if you still have questions use the search function, your question has been asked a million times.

Hey cupcake, you better make time for running...unless you end up in B-co 2/75, you won't be playing much football....you WILL be doing a lot of running.

hard workout? Join the Army in a year...before then? use the SEARCH button.....
