Having read the ingredients list, then observed the current supply pool for the primary source of content, I'd wager the fat/cholesterol content of one sering would kill a normal person.

War is the worst method of population control because it kills off the strongest and best thereby fucking up the gene pool. Famine and pestilence, on the other hand, strengthen the gene pool by killing off the weakest members. Overpopulation is self correcting!

If you can manage to hang on for another 50 billion years or so, the sun is supposed to become a supernova which will turn the planet into a cinder, ending all the speculation...........
