Introducing myself
Hello Rangers, Veterans, and all others. I am TR Lewis. I am currently not serving actively, but I am considering enlisting and asking(demanding really) for a Ranger contract. I served on active duty in the Marines for 4 years, I have heard alot about the professionalism of the Ranger community. I have little infantry training beyond what I received at Marine Combat Training and out in the fleet.
I am a quiet person, but I am assertive and aggresive when the time is appropriate. My main purpose here is to read and observe.
Thank you for your time Rangers, and for having this site up, from what I have read it is an excellent source of information.

Ranger BeadleBug,
I did say I was quiet yet assertive. I view everything in how much force is needed. I perfer to use just enough to get what I need. Not everyone needs to be beaten into the ground to get them to learn something. Some people do not respond to that.
I just didn't want you to read me wrong. :)

Ah maybe you "read" me wrong bud, cause I really don't give a rats ass how you get what you need.TRLewis wrote:Ranger BeadleBug,

I was referring to your comment about demanding a Ranger OPT40 enlistment contract. Don't get it twisted!

Welcome aboard, Marine. You might be looking at the DEP program, but your 4 yrs with the Corps make you a Vet. Thank you for your service to this Nation and I think that it's more than honorable that you are looking at another tour. Best of luck to you.
