I didn't know him that well... But I do remember him. I had staff duty one Friday night when he decided to take his Ford Ranger down one of the streams/rivers on Main Post. Got the thing so damn stuck we had to go acquire a humvee out of the motor pool to yank it out. This was of course after I tried to pull it out with my F150. We got it, but it sure as hell looked like we fucked it up in the process... Seemed like a good guy.

It was quite a couple hours... I made fun of him when I saw him for a few weeks after that.

This apparently was the raid(s) that killed the top leadership of AQinIraq, judging by the time & place of the news reports.
Mission accomplished despite the crash.
