Good Morning Rangers,
A buddy of mine who's head back to the Q course is telling me that ROP (Ranger Orientation Program) is pronounced like the word "Cop," or "Top." Another friend of mine is telling me is is pronounced "Rope." They're both trying to correct each other, please shed some light on this.
