Newbie

Post by dakoteyah27 »

Greetings all,

I appreciate acceptance into the site.Let's Started my service time 18DEC97 in the Iowa NG as a split- op went to Benning C Co. 1/19th for basic in JUN-AUG98 then to D Co. 1/50th for AIT JUN-AUG99. Spent a couple of years with A Co 1/168th INF then went active and got stationed at HHC 3/11 OCS DEC99, went to BAC School (Class 02-01) with D Co. 1-507th PIR, just to PCS to Ft. Campbell, KY with C Co. 1- 502nd. I got out 08AUG03. In Benning I had a mentor Ranger SPC Zagdanski from 3/75 that helped me hone my infantry skills, albeit I was at a TDA unit. I Also recieved "Train the Trainer" Modern Army Combatives Course in '2000 from Ranger SSG Thomas also ffrom 3rd Batt. I am looking forward to listening to the BTDT's experiences, inputting if at all possible, and getting entertained by DEP' ers and cadets.
Once again thank you
