Introcution

Post by kerka »

Hello Rangers,

My name is James I enlisted with my Option 40 contract about a month ago and i leave May the 27th for OSUT. Since I enlisted I have been trying to max my PT standards as well as study Ranger history and anything else that would help me in the long run. Unfortunately 4 days ago I got a nasty sprain in my ankle so I'm trying to take it easy for the time being.

Welcome to this site. I've upgraded your title to reflect your pursuit of the OPT 40.

I noticed the title of your intro - "Introcution", Introduction is spelled slightly different and on this site we pay attention to detail - it may save your life down the road. Other Rangers will be along shortly.

Welcome and congratulations for enlisting to serve our country as an Army Ranger. Be sure that ankle is well-healed before you start running on it and then take it easy. You do not want to report in with an injury that will onlly get worse and could keep you from Airborne training and RIP, and even finishing Infantry OSUT.
