Intro from Texas

Post by Rangertab1 »

Hello men,

I was a Regular Army Quartermaster Officer. I sign the contract in 1990 and discharged in 2001. I am a graduate of Ranger Class 10-93 and was Platoon Leader for 2/75th Ranger Support Element, S4, from Nov'93-Dec'94. I also served with various I Corps units before coming back home on IRR. I live way back in the woods, north of Beaumont, with my wife and kids. Should any of you Rangers ever find yourself in my area, whats mine is yours. Glad to be here.

Damn, Sir....didnt know they had computers anywhere near Beaumont much less near Lumberton. For that matter.....electricity.

Get your ass vetted and join in. We have a fair sized herd of the boys living in Texas and we get together at a guys Ranch near (relative term) Columbus. He (owner of the Ranch) is suspect morally and most other ways however, has a fine place for the boys to come sit by a fire, drink, lie, and shoot. You'd be welcome.

I'm not the way I am because I was a Ranger - I was a Ranger because of the way I am.

Rock Island, I finally broke down and got high-speed satellite last year. I heard about the Texas get-together, and this forum, from Weber. I would cancel most anything to be there. Count me in. Your Texography is damn near perfect. I am 8 miles further north by west on the upper watershed of Boggy Creek. Born, raised and will die right here.

Invictus, I don't remember what company. Hell, I don't even remember what platoon. I know there were about 30 of us non-recyles and we were grouped together in one of the companies. I do, however, remember most of the non-recyle names. I was representing the **deleted by Admin** clan. You?

Thanks again for having me, brothers.
