This is just God's little way of saying that you need more time to get in better shape. 
Especially to strengthen your back & abs.
Marines can't give you anything better than infantry and a chance to volunteer for recon after boot camp.
Go Army. At least the Ranger Laison is right there nearby the OSUT area.
