Good luck on your journey.

Some things you can do in the gym to improve your PT scores are: Push-ups, sit-ups, and running. :o

Congrats on getting an 18X contract. As you stated, you have some work to do, but you have nearly a full year to get there. You'll notice that there are some new forums available to you now. I urge you to take advantage of them. Best of luck to you.
