Hi I just wanted to introduce myself and say thnk you to all the forum members who defend our country. I am a 28 year old guy from Louisiana who just recently started getting in shape to join the Army. I tried to join out of highschool but my vision was too bad but through god's grace my eye sight has improved enoughto where I can get a medical waiver.....now I am working to get in shape for enlistment and hopefully Ranger school.

Ranger 175RGR I do 50 every morning and 50 every night....I need to start doing some sit-ups and cardio so I can get this tool shed off though :)
