The Greek veto was put in place and FYROM will not become a NATO member yet. The suggested names for FYROM to adopt in order they stop having claims to Greek territory (they claim 30% of Greece now) is Northern Macedonia or New Macedonia. Remember that those people up there are Slavs, Seljuk and Albanians. They moved to that land after 600AD! They even had the audacity to say that Alexander the Great is not Greek! Then they claimed Greece committed genocide on them which is totally ludicrous. Nevertheless, I have placed a few threads on the sites regarding this issue and that is that.
Oh one more thing the original Macedonia under Philip the 2nd was not even outside the territory of modern Greece. Alexander the Great expanded the empire all the way to western India. And why did the slavs in Vardaska go as far as to destroy the graves of the Greek Macedonians that remained in their territory?
You can't change history by creating lies. They even teach their school children these lies.
