Introduction

Post by Northstar »

Greetings all. My name is Brenden, I am 18 years old and currently a senior at Cedarburg High School, WI. I enlisted August 15 and was fortunate enough to secure an 11X Option 40 contract. I ship out on June 24, 2008. I planned on going to a four year college but after thinking long and hard, I decided I wanted to do more with my life and make a difference instead of just working 9 to 5. I always wanted to be amongst the best, thus the Rangers were an obvious choice. Thanks to all for this valuable asset. It is a god-send to us aspiring Rangers. I'll also be sure to keep my mouth shut and eyes/ears open.

My PT is okay. I'll be sure to keep working on it up to my ship date. PT is as follows.
Pushups: 60
Sit-ups: 67
2 mile run: 13:30

Thanks again to all for this asset and for serving our country.

Welcome and congratulations for enlisting to become an Army Ranger. You have about six months to get yourself in shape physically and mentally. Make the most of that time and good luck to you, with luck meaning preparedness meeting opportunity. You have the opportunity, so it is up to you to be prepared.
