Possible Retest

Post by C.Morris »

I already have my medical portion done but i got a 2 on my hearing test and i have heard you need a 1 to be able to get a ranger contract. Is there anyway i can retest or am i stuck with the 2 and unable to get a opt 40?

Things might have changed but when I joined in '79 I had to get a waiver for my hearing. Loss of high frequency. I never had a problem with it.

A recruiter will be along shortly to answer your question.

no, you may not retake the hearing, sorry.

Ranger Bell, i think the standards were different then. lots of people say that things went a certain way when they joined but it is not that way now.
