1. as a prior service applicant RIP will not happen. depending on availability, you may be able to reclass into 11B. that's about all the help you'll get from USAREC.

2. already answered. allowed on MOST posts. haven't been to one yet that would not allowed "Go fasters" even had a chick (yes, guys) in my last unit who wore them.

They are... Quite a few guys over there wore/wear them.

small possibilty you can get Airborne at MEPS. if you make it to BAC you can volunteer for RIP just like the initial entry guys.

your toughest fight will be with MEPS trying to reclass and attain BAC
