I'm an Unarmed Combat Instructor/Confidence Training Instructor in the DF with 3 Deployments to Lebanon with UNIFIL.
My Interests are any thing military,new technology.
I like fitness training/kayaking/Rockclimbing and reading and I'm Married with four Kids!
