Power Push Up

Below is a link to the Power Push Up devise. It uses power bands to increase the amount of force required to perform a push up. Does anyone have any experience with this devise?

I don't know. I was planning on using it as a giant sling shot to kill cats. :?

I bought one and have been using it for a couple of weeks. It took a little getting use to, but my shoulder is feeling better. Some sandbags in a ruck sack would probably work just as well if not better.

I used the rubber interior of my racing bike. Cost me only P150 ($3). Been using it 2 days now. Right now, I'm limited to 15 pushups per set but I'm working my way up from there.
