I got this emailed to me today. Supposedly it is flying in Afghanistan. Anyone know anything about it. Pretty cool!

I've been close enough to that helicoptor to touch it but for the life of me I can't remember what country I was in.

"Flying Tank" is what I have known about it. As far as viability on today's battlefield with all of the technology out there, it may just be a cool relic of the past like the Tiger tanks of WWII. Either way, I would not want to come up against it with a standard carbine and pistol in hand -

actually, the Isrealies and/or S. Africans are putting pretty nice upgrade packages in them to extend them. kinda like Apaches....
