External Extractors on Kimber 1911s

I know there are several other Rangers with Kimber 1911s. I have the TLE/RL II. Unfortunately, mine has experienced extraction problems. Mine has an external extractor.

I recently read this thread on the '1911Forum.com' website which details a Kimber customer's efforts in getting his similar extraction problems resolved.

Mine are unresolved at this time, but I am going to send mine in to Kimber's Custom Shop to get a new slide with an internal extractor.

Anyways, does anyone else have an extraction problem on a Kimber that has an external extractor?
