On this site I have heard "box" used in many ways as I am sure you all have, whether you be Rangers, U.S. Veterans of all branches of service, DEP'ers & Newts and of course the ocassional visitor and then there are the dorks that get their asses "box"ed and banned for 1 reason or another. God knows though I am gonna need the assistance of everyman, woman and child here to help me compile this list.
All this "box" thinking is prolly because I plan to buying my 1st new vehicle in 13 plus years. I am going to buy a "box" on wheels.
I will also be insuring my ass that is going to be sitting in the what ? Yep, the "box" driving in JUL from NY to WA for reunion.
I will hope that I do not get into any serious accident that may cause my early demise and burial in what ? Yep, the "box". That permanent home for all that have gone before me. That is practically a given. Just a sooner or later.
Hopefully, I will be thinking along the lines of sanity and keeping my thoughts in what ? Yep, in the "box".
But at the same token, or train of thought. He that closes his mind allows himself to be trapped into a "box".
So I wanna think in the "box" but don't wanna stay in the "box" for fear of being trapped with narrow mind thinking. Shudder to think of those results. Kind of like thinking along the lines of limited intelligence.
When I fill our insurance or payment application I find there are many items to be checked "box"es of all highlighted fields that need be completed for your application to be accepted. Shit man! I say to myself. They freakin wanna know everything.
I contacted a dealer on line at the name brand and checked the "box" that I want a test drive of the vehicle I am purchasing, not another car at the dealership.
At the name brand site of make of automobile, after checking the "box" to test drive a vehicle. There were two more rows of "box"es to select dates I want the dealer to set me up with which to test drive said vehicle. A "box" for primary date or 1st pick and an alternate day or 2nd "box" for 2nd pick.
I have one set of plates to turn into NYS Dept of Motor Vehicles. I had to bring plates and check off another "box" to turn them in and handed receipts for insurance company so insurance can be dropped from old car. Car was a 1981, just 2 more years to become historical which I ain't waiting around for.
So, I am shopping around for insurance as per my friends who say I am paying too much with Allstate whom I have had for 26 years. Hmmmm. I gotta check that "box" I have insurance longer than you've been born. hahaha, now thats funnee.
I need to rest here a bit. Got to check the "box" to show where I stopped. I will resume at a latter date. Oh! and please check the "box" to add your post. When you go to sign in be sure to : check the "box"es when you sign in with your user and password to meet up with us. 'Til next time.
