Prior service trying to get back in w.OPT 40...Help Please

I'm prior service reserves. I joined back in 2003 in my junior year of high school. Was in for 5 months total from enlistment. When i was a few weeks into training they found out my recruiter withheld medical information and I was given a discharge(becasue of my time limit I wouldn't have had the time to concene a medical board to fix the problem) I had ADD for most of my childhood, and she didn't put it on my medical information. I am now 22 y/o and have always had the Army as my #1 career choice.
I need a lil help guys. I'm global 9 prior service, meaning i can get back in with the benifits as if it was my first time, but dont have to take the ASVAB again if i dont want to. I am trying to get back in under OPT. 40. I am currently finishing up a medical waiver, then my re-up waiver for not completing my contract.(I'd love to ring my old recruiters neck for how much of a trouble it is to get back in)

I am a GED recipiant with a lil over 30 quarter hours of college. I scored VERY high on the GED.

I have all line scores were 110-117

My questions are as fallows:

Should i retake my ASVAB sence i have been to college and obviousy would score higher? Or just stick with my current scores. Figure a higher score would put me in a higher favor for barganing.

Might I have any problems due to my discharge(in-voluntary)

Has anyone ever had a problem with having a GED and getting OPT-40 with college credits?

Has anyone very recently found out what the max bonus level is for Infantry/airborne/Ranger contract. Or can you ask for them to max it out?They Changed on June 1st.

I'm Harcore for a Ranger contract. I DONT WANT ANOTHER DESK JOB!

I dont want to get hung out to dry, I have literally spent years trying to get back in...and now for the last 8 months i am on the phone EVERY day to hget back in. I dont want 8 months waisted when i get to MEPS and walk out with less than I deserve.

2. most of the questions you raise here are answered elsewhere on the site. The search button is your friend. Use it.

3. From your inability spell and punctuate, I think you may have deeper troubles than you mention.
