Parachute humor

Post by Steadfast »

This group gets ready to do a civilian jump at Lakewood, NJ. 5 guys go up to make the jump from 5 thousand feet. The African American goes out first, the Atalian goes out 2nd, the Polack goes out 3rd, The French Guy goes out 4th and the German goes out last. All the chutes except the German's open. The German is screaming and tries his reserve chute, but that don't work either. He falls past the French guy who says, "Sacre Bleu mon ami" He starts to pass the Polack, who yells and snaps off his chute, "Oh, you want to race I see. Race you to the ground sukr."

In WWII in Ataly (Italy to NY'ers) The American troops were bogged down in the hills I think near Salerno. The Germans were entreched with criss cross fire that was slaughtering the American that became halted. A Battalion of Pollack troops were brought to the hill and they charged straight into hell and took the hill from the Germans while suffering great losses. They took the hill. This is a true story, I may be wrong about the location but not about the bravery of the Polish Troops who earned great respect by the Americans. True story.

And Harris, please don't hijack my thread anymore.

Polish people were never a people to fool with. When Germany invaded Poland, the troops charged the German blitzkreig on horseback. Yes, it was lambs to the slaughter, but, they didn't throw their hands in the air, like the French always do.

There was this Polack on his 1st Halo from 30,000. He was the last one out as the others drifted to the rear. The Polack decided to open his chute prematurely at 25,000. His chute failed to open. He popped his reserve. Still nothing. His reserve was a failure too. He looks down and amazingly he sees this Atalian guy coming up toward him at a great rate of speed. The Polack yells across to the Atalian, "Hey buddy, do you know anything about parachutes?" The Atalian yells back, "No, do you know anything about boilers?"
