Mute Tourettes syndrome

Tourettes syndrome (A neurological or neurochemical disorder characterized by involuntary, rapid, sudden movements and vocalizations - mainly vulgar inappropiate words.) can be hard to live with...but spare a minute to think of those that are mute and have this infliction.

What must life be like for them?

How do they cope?
