Army training manual

Need help finding FM22-100, Army Leadership. I have been tasked on writing a 1000-1,500 word essay on it. Can't find it anywhere, even searched AKO. What other sites are recommended?

Negative Ranger rgrpuck, my Sqd. Leader wants me to do a report on that cause it's about that time to move up in the world. One of his requirements before I up the food chain .And it was hard as hell finding it when your on a time limit to use the internet.

What about the fact that he's required to write a fucking report while in theater? If I'm wrong, tell me; but, it seems that there might be a few more important tasks/skills to demonstrate rather than writing a 1500 word essay.

I read this and felt that my comments would reduce the level of self worth a certain soldier may have. So I just let it fill out.

Training does not stop due to a deployment. He's probably working off some sin!

Training does not stop due to a deployment. He's probably working off some sin!

Nor does NCOER's or Awards or 4187's, or trying to get a SPC to PLDC.....or all the other things that are deemed training distractors...I guess over there they are Combat distractors. I knew that it just pissed me off more than normal.

I wasn't told of anything wrong I did my Sqd . Ldr told me that he was assigned that same task going through PLDC and he said reading the manual helped him become a better Ldr and well he knows it's about time for my movement up the chain so he assigned that task to me to complete by the end of the month.
