Staff Sergeant is a promotion that should change the way you think.

1. You should train your Teams Leaders and critique individual soldier skills.

2. When you execute a Pre-Comabt Inspection there should be ZERO deficiencies within the teams.

3. You should actively involve yourself in the planning of Platoon missions.

4. Know what right looks like, never pass by a deficiency unless you want to create a new standard.
