Holy puke-stain batman. So... I'm not gonna lie. I thought it sounded easy, and that the more 'seasoned' participants were doing this less than sufficient workout for my tastes. Half way through cycle 2 I had to make a detour to the trash to ditch my lunch. (To make it better, there was a woman doing curls right next to the trash who looked like she was about to lose it herself after my 'burps-return'). It was the burps that did me in. I'll never doubt a Ranger posted workout ever again. I apologize Ranger Silverback. That shit burns. Can't wait to do it again on Sunday. :twisted:

Actually it's not a Cross-fit routine, it's the "Michigan Football" workout. Posted in another thread.
