Explain "Burps" and "Knee to arm" to me real quick.

How much does the bag way and do you follow the prescribed cardio routine?

If the shit works for you, I am going to start doing it, since I am feeling a little in the dumpster and wanna get in shape fast.

Arms parallel to ground and then lift leg until knee touches arm. (The FM 21-20 used to call this "The Engine")

I am currently using a 35lbs dumb bell. The trick is to keep the weight at "Tit Level" and keep your elbows even with the weight.

The Cardio...I am running a MINIMUM of 60-minutes 3-times a week.

I feel better than I have in a long time.

Ranger Silverback, for exercises in the core such as the bench or squat, are you doing a certain % of a max weight? Is the goal to burn out?*

Currently the bench is 135lbs. The squats are body weight at moderate pace. The goal with this program is not "mass" as much as it is strength and endurance (which explains the high reps).

If in fact you start this program you should ensure first of all, that you can complete at least 1 solid rotation. If you focus on that then it will allow you to factor your weights correctly.
