Cameron-

Very impressive intro! I wish I had my ducks all in a row like that when I was 15. You have set your sights high, but it looks like you are walking the talk so far by studying, researching, staying in shape, etc.

There is a lot of good information and advice to be gained from this site. I urge you to continue with your professional demeanor and not let these accolades go to your head. Stay on course with your goals and if any of us can assist you in attaining those dreams, let us know.

Good luck to you. I'm thankful to your father for his service and for raising such a patriotic son. I know he is proud.

WELCOME swimmerkid,

Always a pleasure to read a few lines from Barry Sadler's song. A fav of mine.

P.S. I was in 4/325, 1st Plt, weapons sqd (I was the T & E to the 60) of 82nd Div in late 68 & early 69, for just 5 months before I went to RVN. As EP said, "thank your father for his service to our country."

It sounds like his dad really squared him away. Thank your dad for me too, Swimmerkid. I was in C Co. 2/325 in '68 after I got back from RVN.
