Hi, my name is Daniel, I am 18 and I live in north Florida. I plan to enlist in the army in mid January. I have decided I wan't to be a ranger and I have been working hard to get there. I have not spoke to a recruiter in person but plan to in the coming weeks. I want to get Option 40 with an 11x contract. Currently, I am trying to put on some size while at the same time I plan to increase my apft scores. I can currently do only 55 pushups and 70 situps in 2 minutes and I have not been running in a while. I will start running again this week and the workout program I'm using is a modified westside for skinny bastards. I am incorporating training techniques from stew smith which seem to work for others. I have read enough to find out how much repeated questions get flamed so I'll sitck to the search feature. I just wanted to introduce myself in case I have any future questions. I would also like to say thank you to everyone that puts thier time into helping everyone on this site and being so resourceful (assuming its not a repeated question :D ).
