Don't run with a ruck, walk 15 minutes a mile.

Listen to UK if you run with the ruck you are just taking miles off of your knees that you will want later.

Pull ups ....Add pull ups.

3 sets of 10 wide arm
3 sets of 10 shoulder width
3 sets of 10 palms faceing toward you

I've gotta echo the rucksack thing. As you mature into the long rucksack thing over the coming years, your body will adjust. Conditioning ruck marches are important, but for now concentrate on the walking with a ruck and the running for Cardio maintenance/development.

It disturbs me to see that at no time do you mention the percentage of heart rate you are training at. Get a heart rate monitor and establish a program!
