I am an Army vet. I served my 4 years and just recently got out to finish my degree and give civilian life a crack(Boy was I dumb). Right now I am a full time student and stay-at-home dad(5 Kids) because Wow just like you'd expect as soon as I get out what happens my wife gets activated and is now on her way to the sandbox. But as soon as her tour is done we are talking about both re-uping and doing the dual-military thing b/c we both realize how much we love it.

As far as my military career goes I was a good ole grunt. My first unit was the wonderful :roll: 3ID with whom I went north. When I got back I had the good fortune of coming down on orders for RTB where I finished out my last year, working in a job that had nothing to do with the Infantry. I got stuck as the computer guy for the brigade with no prior knowledge or training(Basically a sham job), but being a grunt I adapted and overcame and got the job done.

Anyway as I said I am looking to get back in the Army as soon as my wife is on her way back and wouldn't dream of doing anything but being a grunt.
