Prior service with whom? NG with what unit?

Have you already been assessed into Infantry, or are you counting your chickens before they've hatched?
I signed the GRFD about 6 months ago so I can pick any branch I want.

roger Ranger Bobo 6,

I was with 40th ID and i would rather not give out any more information on a public message forum.

GRFD is basically if you are with the Reserves or National Guard you can sign a contract saying you will stay with them and in return you can pick any branch you want. My order of merit has no effect on my branch choice.

40th ID, huh? So that means you were in the California Army National Guard. What school do you go to? So you were either in 1-184 Inf or Div LRSD or 160th Inf? So what's the deal?
