Just a note to say hello. I was a m-60 gunner with 3rd Plt, C Co, 1/75 from 1977-1978. Started Rgr class 1-78 and graduated class 2-78. I loved the FL swamps so much in the winter that I ask to do them again. Yago was the Bn Cmdr and I had Haney for Plt Sgt and Don Lamica for my sqd ldr. Sgt Purdy was on the floor below us just generally raising hell and breaking things. I also spent time with the 122 LRSU, 19th SFG, and the 20th SFG. Now I spend a lot of time trying to remember what I did to be so damn sore in the mornings. It's sad that you can injure while sleeping.
